YEAR 7 STUDENT
What I love is the excitement of first entering the yoga space which then turns into peace and tranquillity. I have learned to take care and stretch my body before a rugby match and repair it after a tough game, I get much less aches and pains in my feet and calves after sport now. And the meditation helps me to relax and zone out all distractions which in turn helps me to improve my concentration.
Jess and her yoga sessions are a lot of fun.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Jess' classes! For me, her teaching provides an ideal blend of gentle meditation, mindfulness and clear explanation of each posture. All of her classes are full of warmth and friendliness, and you can feel a sense of calm shared around the room at the end of each session.

Jess ran a fantastic 4 week yoga session for the Year 11s, which I had the pleasure of taking part in. Our students benefited greatly from her sessions; they focussed on breathing, relaxation, postures and methods for keeping calm. As these took place around their mock GCSE exams, they all stated how the sessions had a positive influence on their performance. The students were a mixture of boys and girls, beginners and regular yogis. As always, a fantastic addition to our curriculum provision for our students.
